AIERT got its first test client after 50+ cold messages

I messaged more than 50 people about AIERT. Most ignored it. A few replied, but were not interested. The useful part came from one founder who explained the workflow pain clearly: what was annoying, what they were doing manually, and what they would pay to avoid. I built around that specific pain. The next day, I offered it to a company I knew well, and they agreed to test it. Lesson: failed outreach is not wasted if it shows you what people actually care about.
