Why I started Moncem while building in public

Moncem started because I was posting build updates and realized the useful parts were not polished launches. The useful parts were demos, mistakes, fixes, small numbers, and honest questions. I wanted a place where student founders could share those updates, meet other builders, and get inspired by people still early. The app came first. The web came next because links are easier to share, and the community needs to grow before the mobile app matters.
