What we collect

Moncem collects the minimum account and product data needed to run a founder community:

• Email address, full name, username, bio, location, avatar URL, building stage, interests, and connect status.
• Post content, including title, excerpt, body, tags, milestone, and cover image URL.
• Reactions, conversations, messages, notifications, reports, and beta feedback.
• Push notification token if you enable notifications.

Why we collect it

We use this data to authenticate you, show your profile, publish posts, deliver reactions and messages, send notifications, protect the community from abuse, and improve the beta product.

Who can see it

Authenticated Moncem users can see public profile fields, posts, and public reaction counts. Conversation participants can see messages inside their shared conversation. You can see your own notifications, beta feedback, and reports.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete it or delete your account. Reports may be retained as an abuse-prevention audit trail where required to protect the community.

Delete or export your data

You can delete your account in the app from Settings -> Delete account. You can request your data export from Settings -> Download my data.
